What’s your return policy? 

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@advancednutrients.com! 

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

All digital products — including PDF downloads and digital editions — are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue with your download, contact us at info@advancednutrients.com and we'll look into it promptly.

Do you offer refunds on physical products?

Refunds are available for customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If that applies to you, email info@advancednutrients.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it quickly.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you received a mislabeled or incorrect physical item, contact us within one week of receiving your order at info@advancednutrients.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
